Great to meet you! Emilia Powell Virtual Assistants was founded in 2017, and we’ve been working with some of London’s brightest and best businesses ever since.
We love what we do and we’re good at it. That’s why we’re growing fast. Our client base – frontrunners, game-changers, innovators and industry leaders – need VAs who can keep up… and maybe even lead the way sometimes. That’s where you come in.
HOW IT WORKS
We’re all about creating a better way to live and work for our VAs, and adding long-term value for our clients. Emilia handpicks each of our VAs, working with them directly to assess their capacity and key strengths before matching them with their perfect client.
Once you’re up and running you’re not alone. You may be working remotely, however you’re always part of the team. You’ll have access to our monthly team training, one-to-one training as required, and our full portfolio of best practice documents and videos.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re not just looking for Virtual or Personal Assistants with experience. We’re looking for VAs who love what they do. We’re looking for problem solvers and born communicators, for people who care about the bigger picture and smallest details.
We’re looking for VAs as excited as we are by the idea of working from anywhere in the world, but as serious as we are about hard graft and helping our clients nail their business objectives.

FAQ
How many hours will I have to work?
Our working hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00, UK time. When you apply, just let us know your availability each week and where we can, we’ll match you to clients who reflect your availability.
When will I have to be online?
It depends on the client(s) you’ll be working with; however you’d be required to be available, Monday – Friday.
How will I get paid?
You’ll be responsible for your own time tracking and invoicing. Just send us your invoice on the last day of each month.
